- ★ ☆ ☆ ☆ ☆March 12, 2019, by mike cunninghamWent with a problem with my data service and was told sprint is on a microwave signal and if anyone is using a microwave between me and the tower it would mess with my phone, then the one person working with a store full of customers got me locked out of my online sprint account. Absolutely horrible customer service not only from this store but sprint as a whole. I wouldn't recommend this store or using sprint services
