  We checked around on prices for a complete kitchen package. Best prices around the lake with a very knowledgeable and helpful staff. Went back a couple months later and purchased a washer and dryer and just like before the best price!

  Tried Trout's a few times for refrigerators and a dish washer, but unfortunately the selection and price wasn't as good as the big box store down the street.

  Have bought from this company in the past. Went in the other day to see if they would service an oven that I bought from lowes.... figuring that they do service work as well.. I was wrong. The first thing I was asked was did you buy it from here.. I told them no and the owner said he couldn't help me since I didn't buy it from them. This was not in warranty with lowes. This is why I went for trouts to see about them getting it working again. Since they say the service appliances as well. The sad thing about this is that if they was to come out and couldn't get it working I would have bought a new unit from them. So their loss for poor customer service. I will never go back in there again for any reason. I believe a good company that says they do service work would service all appliances no matter where they were purchased.. this would be a good way to get new customers.
